K100RGB Keyboard non responsive intermittently

My K100 RGB will be unresponsive intermittently, no matter what key I press nothing happens. I have tried the reset keyboard via holding the right shift key for 8 seconds with no success. reboot pc doesnt help either

There also is another issue, sometimes the keyboard will have  a random stuck key so when I try to type all I get is -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- nonstop until I reboot, I checked the key, it does not appear to be depressed, its not always the same key, seems to be random

Any ideas what is going on?

Bought new in December of 2020
