Several problems with my Corsair i165 (Kernel errors and continuous reboots) & Corsair support service ignores me

Recommended Posts

First, I want to introduce this message saying that I opened a support ticket (#2004477703) for more than a month and no answers from the Corsair Support Team. This is one of the worst support services I have ever seen in my life, incredible having in count we are talking about a big brand as Corsair.

Since two months ago, my Corsair One i165 starts to show me blue screens and it rebooting suddenly every time I turned on the computer (in a 2-5min ratio), showing me a Kernel Error on the console.

The temperature of the CPU/GPU is between 30º-40ºc, and all the drivers are updated (I usually use the Corsair Software to review if every component has the last driver installed, same with the GPU with the Nvidia updates software). I updated the BIOs with the previous version that Corsair provides the previous month.

It's impossible to do anything.
The computer shows the blue screen with a Kernel Error every time I start using the computer, sometimes in seconds, sometimes in 1 or 5 minutes.

When the computer works for more time, I passed the test from Series Diagnostic Application, and all the components look fine, with no error.

The thing is, I haven't been able to use the computer for my professional work for two months, and Corsair has been ignoring me for a month.

I'm desperate.
