Ram not lighting up

so when i turned on my pc for the first time everything was fine, after installing dragon center for my msi 490z, nzxt for the fans and ice for the ram after turning on my pc the stick in A1 refuses to light up.

icue tells me there is something wrong but it doesn't actually tell me what's wrong, it just shows a danger sign, i uninstalled everything, restarted my pc and the stick still doesn't light up, can somebody help me?
