Problem with Virtuoso RGB SE Wireless mode

After the recent firmware update, all of the sudden, wireless mode on my Virtuoso SE has stopped working. The dongle and mic start blinking red as soon as I switch it over to wireless mode. It works perfectly fine in USB mode, but I was wondering if there is a way to fix it. I've suspected this may be a firmware error either with the headset or the dongle, but I'm not entirely sure about it. I've contacted customer support a little bit ago but they haven't responded. Help would be greatly appreciated.

My headset has firmware version. 0.17.149 

My dongle has firmware version 5.4.99

Can I get this too please? I'm having the exact same problem, emailed support with no reply, posted here, told to DM someone...nada.
