RMA Time - AX1200i

Hi All -

Just wondering has anyone had a recent experience with the RMA process here at Corsair? My AX1200i psu died on my and is still within warranty period. I submitted an RMA/Warranty request on Sunday and have not yet heard back from anyone at Corsair. Wondering if it is normal to wait this long.

It does take a while sometimes for them to get back to you. I've had them take almost 2 weeks.
