omgwtfjplol
So since Corsair has this wonderful firmware/icue issue maybe someone here can help since support couldnt. I bought this mouse a few months ago, didnt keep the receipt, cant get the warranty replacement.... So while playing League today suddenly the mouse disconnects and start blinking. I had it plugged in to charge but on 2.4 setting. Now the mouse is not working at all. Doesnt work plugged in, doesnt work on 2.4, only works on bluetooth. Ive searched and searched and searched and it seems this is an ongoing issue with no resolution. Does anyone have any information? I went through reset steps with support, reset mouse, reset icue, full uninstall, tried both versions of icue. Im out of ideas, and really dont want to drop another $100 on a mouse only a few months later. I am a huge corsair supporter, from my case, to my ram, to my headset, mouse and keyboard, but this is really pissing me off. Thank you for any help you may be able to offer. Corsair Employees Corsair Kelsi Posted August 6, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted August 6, 2021 I took a peek at the ticket you have open with our support team since you mentioned it. The photo of the mouse you sent is too small to read the label we need to see, but most likely something is wrong with the mouse itself since you mentioned being able to see the dongle in iCUE but not the mouse, even when plugged in. Our support team should still be able to work with you without the receipt depending on the age of the mouse itself, though, so please re-send a larger photo of the label so they can look into it for you! 🙂
Pyrodeath
I am experiencing this issue as well. I just finished installing the update for my Ironclaw and its dongle but now Icue wont see my Ironclaw though it still sees the dongle.
