iCue works with Windows 11

I installed Windows 11 yesterday and I noticed iCue 4 is present on the system tray fine.

MSI Afterburner has not been tested much but it does show on iCue. DX11 for those who care.

For those using iCue 3.x the move to iCue 4 seems to be fine as even my ancient HX1000i is recognized etc

The iCUE software is not supported on the developer/prerelease versions of Windows 11.
