Where do we post question regarding RMA/ARMA tickets?

After 2 months corsair finally got stocks for my PSU replacement, billed and shipped 2 units of 1600AX and only provide a return invoice/prepaid label for 1 unit.

It has been 5 days since I ask about the prepaid label issue and today the ticket was closed?
