I applied for an RMA, but there was no reply for a long time.

I received a replacement once with Advanced RMA, and it's really, really bad...

First of all, the spring sound is very serious in many keys, and big keys such as ENTER and SHIFT are noisy.
Also, sometimes keyboard recognition is not possible.
The software is the latest version.

I've been paying attention to this for almost a month, and it's so hard.....
