Corsair Sabre RGB PRO doesnt work after failed update

Today I got my new mouse.

I opened iCUE and I saw that a new update was available.

I clicked on it and it said update failed. After that, the mouse stopped working.

I tried to reset it, but nothing worked ...

pls help me

Open a ticket with our support team (found at the top of this page - Support Ticket System) and they will help with possibly providing a firmware to reset your mouse. If it doesn't fix it, a replacement may be sent out to you.
