bad memory bought abroad

I bought 2 "512 MB MEMORY MODULE" about 3 months ago in Paris (France) and one doesn't work correctly any more (tested with Memtest). The reseller told me to contact the producer.

Do I have to return it to you with the RMA or is there a distributor to contact in France ?

I would try the reseller and if they will not help you then please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!

The reseller warranty ended 3 months after I bought the RAM module.

I got a RMA number : do I have to return a copy of the bill with the bad part ?

Will the cost of the package sending be refunded ?
