Windows 10 wont sleep with iCue 4

Recommended Posts

Currently running iCue 4.12.214 on my system and have ensured that other RGB does not conflict and vv by disabling plugins etc.

Unfortunately my system refuses to sleep if I have iCue installed on my system. Uninstalling iCue 4 allows my system to sleep again relieving me of the sleep failure problem, but obviously takes away my Corsair controls. Does anyone have any fixes that they can share? Seems this issue has been around for a while now.

I’ve ended up removing iCUE which is a bit of a shame. Surprised these issues still persist.

As am I. This **** has been around 2 years before I joined and even now long after. As soon as you turn off/remove iCue your PC can sleep again, and CPU temps stop spiking.

Really a shame. I think they need to just pull the plug and design something from the ground up.

I've also done the same. Every few months I try again and the issue just persists. I've even tried reinstalling Windows, but I can't seem to get past this issue.
