Enoedsd
I've tried restarting, updating and reinstalling iCUE, windows, and my pc several times over just trying to get my Void wireless headset to work. I just got a new laptop and went to set up iCue and found that it refuses to install the audio drivers, The software says no device detected and my laptop refuses to acknowledge the existence of my headset in any way (I assume bc the audio drivers won't install) all the solutions I've found online are either useless or for unrelated issues. The headset is plugged in and all the lights are on as they should be, but I can't seem to get access to the drivers anywhere.
Corsair Employee Corsair Albert Posted July 1, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 1, 2021 Hi Enoedsd, Audio drivers for your VOID WIRELESS headset should be able to install without requiring iCUE. When you go into Device Manager, does the headset show up under "Audio inputs and outputs"?
