dashboard only sometimes shows full PSU info

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm wondering why my dashboard is only showing the full PSU info sometimes?

Most often it looks like this:

but sometimes it looks like this and I of course prefer most possible data

Is there anyway I can get it to show data as image 2 all the time?

Maybe a little bump can get new attention, maybe @Corsair Albert or other from @Corsair can answer this and how we can get the full readings.

Can you provide screenshots of both occurrences with your PSU in iCUE? I understand that it may inconsistently display information, but it'd be easier for me to present this issue with the same PSU model in both screenshots.

Sure, but when it will be, I have no idea, there can go long time in-between, however the images would be the same.

and see if it's any different when your system is at a higher load

You mean different in which sensors are showing?

No matter what I try, I cannot force it to show all the info. I use iCUE dashboard to monitor all my systems, so I can use the more info, also since I have a lot of Corsair RGB that runs on the 5v rail, I'll like to monitor the load on it.

@Corsair Albert, little update..

Just updated iCUE to newest version and now I'm able to add the PSU current sensor to the home board, however still not able to show them on dashboard, when I look at which sensors are there for the PSU, then I can see the current and power sensors, they just don't get added to the dashboard, only home board. same with some of the sensors from the MB.
