soins
I have cmx256a-3200ll (xms3205v1.1) running 2-3-2-6 200 fsb. Memtest each module individually. One module passes but the other has errors at the same address 00008c255f4 140.3MB (only 1 row shown but the error count goes up as test goes further). Running: athlon xp-m 2500 200fsb x 11 dfi ultra infinity

soins
Please try setting the Dim Voltage to 2.8 Volts and test the suspect module with http://www.memtest.org. Thanks for the solution. No more errors but is 2.8v a bit high just to run spec?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 12, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 12, 2005 No not really, we will warranty them up to 2.9 Volts and some MB's just need a bit more voltage when running aggressive timings.
