LL RGB going into seizure inducing mode on boot

After i tried installing 2 rgb accessories into my system, all 6 of my LL fans went into seizure inducing mode with white base (which was my setting full white leds) but all 6 fans boots up with really fast flickering with parts of random colors, then after booting up and going into icue, 5 fans goes to the normal white lighting with the exception of 1 which blinks slowly in orange and 0 lighting will post a video when i get home, both the rgb accessories have issues with rgb too such as rgb not working properly could it be a short that caused the rgb issues im facing?
