Some lights freezing?

Recommended Posts

Hey gang,

So I'm having a weird problem, and I don't know if it's iCue or something else. After my computer has been on for a while and goes to sleep (it doesn't seem to happen otherwise), some of my ambient lights will freeze. I have an LS100 kit on the back of my monitor, and some of the lights will freeze up and not change at all. Once I unplug the power and replug the lights, it fixes itself. On one, it's the whole strip that freezes. On another, only a couple lights will freeze. They're still on, just displaying a static color.

Is this a new bug with the recent update? All other lights are working just fine.

I noticed this on 2 systems in my house

Open task manager, end the Corsair.Service and the iCue program

Launch iCue from the start menu it will open back up and all the lights and fans should return to normal.

There is a problem with the new version of iCue waking from sleep.

Didn't seem to help. Tried reinstalling--no good either.
