BS9
Hi all, I am currently researching parts for my new pc that I plan to build in a couple of weeks. I have made a parts list but ran into a problem; the case and AIO combination don'support all RAM modules due to clearance issues. The relevant parts of my list: - CPU: Intel i7-10700k - Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z490-E Gaming - CPU cooler: Corsair Corsair iCUE H115i Elite Capellix Liquid CPU Cooler, 280 mm - Case: Corsair iCue 4000X Tempered Glass Black Originally I wanted to buy some Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM, but quickly found out that this particular RAM kit will interfere with my AIO cooler. My question is: are there any RGB RAM kits that will fit my case/AIO cooler/motherboard combination? I am looking for 32GB (2X 16) 3600Mhz kit. Help will be very much appreciated! LeDoyen
i don't have the dimensions, but maybe it's worth checking if the new low profile vengeance would fit? https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/Vengeance-RGB-PRO-SL-Black/p/CMH32GX4M2D3600C18

I am reading different things about this kit, some say it fits and others say it doesn't. I guess I will wait for more replies or probably going to ask the same question on Corsair's Reddit. Corsair Employees Corsair Travis Posted June 15, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 15, 2021 Officially a 280mm Radiator will only fit with Low Profile Ram. On some motherboards, where the RAM DIMM slots are far enough down on the board, a 280mm may fit with other than Low Profile Ram, but this is very specific. I will go with the H100i Elite Capellix just to be safe in terms of clearance. Should be good enough to cool a 10700k even with an overclock. Vegan
I have the H115i RGB and it fits fine in my larger box and the RAM is not impacted. My RAM is G.Skill Flare X which has a heat spreader on it

My RAM is G.Skill Flare X which has a heat spreader on it I just checked your case's dimensions and it seems to be a bit bigger than the 4000X, about 10cm more height and length which could explain why there are no clearance issues with the 750D. TheMadGreek
I have 4000D airflow, Asus x570-e gaming and gskill trident z neo RAM. H115i rgb pro xt fits just fine as top mounted. Elite capellix has radiator of the same size so that one would fit also.

Hello, Judging from both motherboard manuals, the X570's RAM slots seem to be positioned a bit lower than the ones on the Z490.
