Katar PRO XT

Hello guys

This is my first entry so please no blame

I am encountering a weird issue with my katar pro xt

It starts to lose connection and just reconnects randomly , after the RGB glitches out and does weird ****.

When I unplug and replug the mouse it works fine again.

Resetted it , tried firmware update and checked the ICUE Log

This is the error code I receive:

Error while sending command. Platform error code: 1167. Bytes transmitted: 0.

 

Maybe some1 knows what to do or if it is hardware or software related.

Does this happen on multiple USB ports? Both USB 2.0 and 3.0?

I only have USB 3.0/3.1 ports on my MB , it happens on all of them.

I bought a replacement and it works fine again , so it can not be the ports.

What I want to try atleast to find out for myself if it is hardware related.

I want to flash the firmware of the new working one onto the old spitting errors one.

Sadly I have no idea where to find that firmware.
