I have a Scimitar too and I'm sad to tell you that Corsair has decided to not support Scimitar (non pro or elite version) on v4. They stated it was because Scimitar and other old devices are at EOL. They stated it was because Scimitar and other old devices are at EOL. Yeah, I realised this shortly after posting, I had to uninstall iCue 4 and reinstall iCue 3.38.61 which works great.
