headset issue

Recommended Posts

Just putting my experience here too- Headset bricked- experience with troubleshooting devices of over 10 years, yes I tried all the normal things like uninstalling and reinstalling, and using different ports, and repairing and unpairing, and all sorts of things.

icue v4 ruined my 150 dollar headset. I expect my money back corsair, since I can't get my time.

1) What's requiring you to use your headset at 100%?

2) Yes, Windows tend to set the default audio device to the newly connected device until told otherwise.

3) I would contact our support regarding random restarts, please open a ticket at https://help.corsair.com.

4) Is the EQ profile you're using identical or similar to the Bass preset in iCUE?

I shouldn't need to do that, or even need to send out for a replacement if you know that your software update just bricked certain models of your previous headset.

This is not a hardware fault. This happened because of your newest icue v4 update. Every corsair owner should get a free ****ing headset, not just me.

I already went out of my way to try and troubleshoot this on my one day off, now I just want my money back.
