eboats Posted May 20, 2021 Share Posted May 20, 2021 My macbook is on Mojave and I have a Corsair K55 keyboard. I've installed iCue and get the "No Device Detected" error. When I plugged it into my Windows laptop, it recognized it and asked me to update the firmware so I did that. Then I tried to plug the keyboard into my Macbook again via my Elgato Thunderbolt 3 USB dock or my other USB 3.0 hub, I still get the "No Devices Detected" error.
