DannyF
Since the new update my Wireless Ironclaw mouse has gone back to the old problem where it loses my profile custom buttons, and so I have to turn it off and on or restart icue. It was working great for ages and now this is happening again. Please fix it!
DannyF
Actually the problem is slightly different this time. Icue is showing my mouse as off, but when i restart icue it connects again and works with my settings. Really anoying. Nothing but trouble with Corsair products. Razak
Hello, I am glad to see that I am not the only one that happens to him, I have been thinking about it for several days that it was something particular. It gives me the feeling that they make changes to the software and don't even test it, because this happens to me every day like 5 or 6 times (I use it to work). I hope a solution appears as soon as possible as it is very annoying.
DannyF
I may have found a fix! Go to C:\Program Files\Corsair\CORSAIR iCUE 4 Software\plugins and delete everything in that folder. If you you can't delete something it is because it is in use by icue service. Use a program called lock hunter to help you remove them https://lockhunter.com/download.htm Once everything in plugins folder has been removed, restart your pc and you should be good to go. I have an MSI motherboard and the MSI plugin was being used. Edited May 28, 2021 by DannyF

DannyF
I also uninstalled all MSI software like Dragon Center, so maybe get rid of any software and services for your motherboard which may be trying to sync.
DannyF
Damn you are right it happened to me again. And Icue shows a red power icon at the top right of the mouse as if it is off. Have to restart icue to bring back profile. Anyone else got ideas?
DannyF
Corsair can you please provide a link to the previous firmware file without having to change icue version. I think it would be very helpful to provide a page with all the previous firmware files for your devices.
solidus1983
I second this. There should be firmware for all devices that are using iCue 4.x that came from iCue 3.X where there is firmware for either available.

DannyF
Almost a year later and still the same problem with the latest versions. Every time there is a new update I give it a go and it loses profile again. I have to keep reverting back to an older firmware. Has anyone found a fix or do I need a new mouse?
