Corsair Employees Corsair HP Posted May 17, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 17, 2021 Hi Lobster, Both of those cases can have the GPU vertically mounted yes. We do not currently have any PCIe 4.0 extender cables, sorry. So if you use our flat 3.0 PCIe extender cable, you might have to set PCIe slot to 3.0 manually in bios if you are using a 4.0 GPU. Thanks for the answer, I have this GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING OC 8G and I think is PCIe 4.0, do you confirm ? Thanks in advance.
LeDoyen
yes it is PCIE4. You can see it on Nvidia's specs for the 3070. That said, as of today, using PCIE3 has virtually no impact on performance (in fact, the Ampere presentation by Nvidia was done on an Intel platform, PCIE3).
