Corsair K60 RGB Pro SE Space Bar Issue

I recently bought this keyboard last Saturday and this morning, the space bar started registering 3-4 key presses in only a single hit. I already tried hard-resetting the keyboard, plugging into a different port in my PC and restarting my PC as a whole with no luck.

 

Anyone else having the same problem? What are the chances of this getting fixed without having to go through the hassle of sending it back for RMA?

Please open a ticket with Support using the Support Ticket System link at the top of this page, and they will assist with performing a firmware reset on the device as the next step.

Hey all

I too sseem to have a sssimilar key-chatter isssue with my 'K60 rgb pro'

Although it is not limited to the "ss" key like it is in thisss post! over the lasst 6 weekss that thiss appearss to have developed it hass alssso included but doessn't ssseem limited to the following keys: SSpace bar, S key, U key, Z key, O key, NumPad 7, NumPad 3, Delete key,

Thisss sseemss to be an intermittent issssue which appearsss to move from key to key the 'SS key' chatter iss new over the last 72 hrs, prior to that it wass the U key.

I have already ssearched the forum and raissed a ticket, but i did come acrossss a locked and archived posst from 2014... Desscribing a sssimililar ssticky/chatter issssue from way back then. 

Corsair'ss reply on that posst was (paraphrasing not quote) "we are aware of the issue and are working on a fw update"  then 7 monthss later a comment from another k60 owner assking if the fw update wass any clossser to releassse!   topic wasss locked and archived sshortly after with no further ressponcesss from Corsair! 

SSeems to me they knew about this isssssue back then and sstill haven't managed to roll out a definitive fix yet!
