Pug Oscar
I’m posting from my iPhone. My iCUE software overfills my screen. No way to exit out. I can’t grab a side with L/Click and drag. R/Click does nothing. Restarting pc from power button brings it back to iCUE. Escape in keyboard does nothing. Hard restart does nothing. I need help. Lights on mobo won't turn off. Even with pc completely off. EVERYTIME I turn my pc on. icue overfills the screen For those who have icue, how big does it show up on your screen? How do you exit out? I can't get it to show up as a small window, like cpu-z, or treesize, geforce experience etc. I need to know how to resize the icue app. I need to know how to exit out of it. https://imgur.com/a/vZ8UVd4
Corsair Employee Corsair Elito Posted May 5, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted May 5, 2021 Hi, What is your resolution set to in your display settings? Also, try repairing iCUE. Go to add & remove programs> iCUE> Modify> repair iCUE> restart PC
Pug Oscar
Repair/ReStart did not work. In Windows the Zoom is set to it's default 300% (recommended). And Chrome is set to 90%. Resolution is set to 3840x2160 (recommended).

Pug Oscar
3840x2160 is the Native Rate of my TV. As to the Zoom of 300%. All apps run fine and are in normal size windows. It's the icue app itself which is over scaling. I don't want to shrink my other pop up windows and apps just to view 1 buggy app. I just wish there was a work around for it. As I stated the solution is not not use such a high screen scale as that is the cause of the issue.
