iCue not detecting Virtuoso SE

Hello, I did the iCue v4 update and firmware update on my Virtuoso SE Gunmetal headset and dongle. After the update my headset is not recognized by iCue in either wireless or USB mode. I have no idea what firmware version as its not recognized. I get no audio from windows in USB mode either. My dongle is recognized on firmware v5.4.99. The dongle Corsair logo just blinks red. In the iCue software, I cannot initiate pairing as the button is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.

HI

 

To soft reset your headset make sure your mic is plugged in:

1. Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.

2. Make sure your headset is powered on.

3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.

4. Switch the headset to wired mode and then back to wireless mode.

 

Attempt to repair the iCUE software.

 

Control Panel

Programs and Features

Right Click the iCUE software

Select Repair

Restart computer.
