moutinho
Hi, I am having a lot of pain trying to make the H80iGT work with LINK. The cooler device appears correctly sometime as "Corsair USBXp Device" at Device Manager but sometimes as "Unknown USB Device (descriptor error code 43) - mostly after installing LINK. Cant find cooler using LINK (both newer 4.9.7.35 and older 4.7.0.77 versions). Also tried the iCUBE software. Cant find it too (is it compatible with H80iGT?!) I have no other monitoring software. I have tried the fast BIOS disable option. Also did not work. I have just did a fresh Windows install. Need support to solve this issue. Or maybe the cooler is defective?! Corsair Employees Corsair Travis Posted May 4, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 4, 2021 Hello there! H80i GT would be better to use in iCUE3, Link isn't supported in Windows 10, and can have trouble with newer drivers.
