Corsair PSU RMA Experience

I have an SF600 PSU and it died in less than 1 yr.

I have contacted corsair for RMA and was approved for RMA within 2 days. The PSU was sent through DHL.

Its now the 7th day since it was delivered according to DHL tracking and upon checking on corsair tracking the status is still "Awaiting Return".

Ive email corsair about this but there's no reply.


anyone know what to do about this?
