Dark Core Pro Connection issue after firmware update.

My Dark Core Pro were working properly before the last update (v. 5.0.41 for Mouse, and v. 5.0.84 for Dongle). After update it can suddenly lost / lagged with white LED indicated on the Mouse indicator.

 

Any advise on this?

Hi Swordz,

 

First step here is going to be a soft reset on the mouse -- this clear's the internal memory, which can often resolve issues like the one you are experiencing.

 

To reset a Dark Core RGB/SE:

 

Set the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to OFF.

Hold down the Forward and Back side buttons.

Hold holding down the side buttons, set the power switch to ON.
