thnx for the answer. Link is not actually loaded. I set it up to try it out. But nothing changed.

If you have Link installed you should remove it. it can't work in iCUE if link is running in the background unfortunately.

Hello there. I am having the same issue as a HX750i user. Although I tried many methods, I could not find a solution. Icue does not see the HX750i at all. It is a pity not to be able to use this service by paying extra for a digital device.

Can you guys see the HX750i in device manager?

If it does, try something like HWinfo. See if that can read the information from the HX750i

If it can, at least the unit works, so the issue is software.

If it does not show even in device manager, Id say its RMA time.

Hi Thnx for the answer.

yeah i can see hx750i, h80i on hwinfo

Ok that kinda rules out hardware issue, connection issues etc.

IT sounds like its a purely iCUE problem at this point.

Id open a case with Corsair support if you havent already.

While I had my RM750i, I actually used HWinfo far more to read values from my unit than iCUE.

Depending on what you want to do with the info, it might be easier for you too?

iCue cant read much info from GPUs or CPUs, so its dashboard is very limited.

I made one with HWinfo, as that gets every value possbile from both CPU & GPU. So its nice to just also pull the PSU info straight in there.

I appreciate your effort to respond. so many thanx dear friend. ı agree icue problem. Thank you for your suggestion. Beyond seeing my values, I want to see all corsair hardware here in this application. I definitely like hwinfo and I will use it. But I still want to use a supported hardware in icue as well. i have RMA case #2004272800 . but I haven't received any information for 4 days yet I am waiting.
