Bug report: Start/Stop settings not copied to library

[RBBoT]

1. Create a lighting effect of type SOLID

2. Change the Start/Stop settings to On Key press & On Key Release

3. Click "Copy effect" toolbar button

4. It correctly retains the start/stop settings in the new copy

5. Click "Copy to library" toolbar button

6. Select the copy in the library

 

Bug 1: The start/stop settings options have disappeared from the UI

 

7. Copy the effect from the library back into lighting effects

 

Bug 2: The start/stop settings are reset to defaults, and aren't the ones copied to the library.
