ksolway Posted April 23, 2021 Share Posted April 23, 2021 (edited) Trying to save a profile to my IronClaw mouse. All I want to do is to turn off the RGB, without having to run the ICUE bloatware. It's impossible. I've tried creating a new profile, and turning off the RGB. It works only whilst ICUE is running. I go to "Device settings", right-click on a profile/slot and then "Overwrite", but the progress bar is stuck at zero, and I am forced to close the application even though it tells me I will corrupt the mouse! No error messages. Nothing to help whatsoever. This is the worst software I have ever used. The labeling used in the app is also hopeless. For example, "Export". Export where? To the device? To a file? To another country? This is absolutely unprofessional. ********** Update: Went back to version 3.19.120, and am now able to save profile to mouse. swordart Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 I am having the same exact issue with my m65 mouse! I cannot save my profiles to the mouse and have the changes remain without lauching the icu software! This is a very important issue, because aside from having to run the bloatware, I cannot use my mouse at tournaments! I did not have this issue with any of my logitech gaming mouses.
