Rossiau
Hi, I bought a 512 MB Flash Voyager a couple of weeks ago and today it stopped working. The system no longer recognizes it as a Corsair but instead keeps on thinking it is a "Prolific USB-Hard-Disk USB Device". That in itself would not be so bad but I can no longer access my data on the drive and when I try to format it it fails at 100%. I've tried my computer at home, the one at work and the one of my collegue, all the same. I'm reading a lot of the same stories at this forum, is there something with these USB sticks? With kind regards, Jos Rossiau
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 10, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 10, 2005 Jos, We sell a large volume of these devices and sorry that some will fail for what ever reason. And the forum will usually have only people who have a problem. The return rate on this product is less than .0001% so I have to assume you just have a failing device and we will be happy to replace it. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
