Is this normal? Keys have movement

Hi, I recently bought a corsair k70 keyboard and I noticed that some of the switches have movement. Not all of them move the same, some more than others, is this normal in all corsair keyboards, does it happen to you?

That actually doesn't look like it's the whole switch moving, just the top of the switch housing. Is this a newer keyboard, or a well-used one?

Hello, The keyboard is new, only two weeks old. I think the whole switch is moving but only on one side. I don't know whether to order a replacement, that's why I'm asking if this is normal. thanks

Hi M. Bison,

 

That is just the top housing of the Cherry MX switch that's loose. I can bring this up to my team, but it's likely not something we can do much about because this would be a feedback for Cherry since they are the ones that manufacture the switches.
