Harpoon rgb wireless dongle paired to another mouse

I just bought the Harpoon rgb wireless and when i connect the dongle to the pc it paired with the mouse perfectly.

but after i updated the dongle from iCUE something went wrong. the dongle got paired with a 2nd mouse called harpoon rgb wireless (1) .

from that time i tried everything to pair the dongle back to my mouse but without any luck.

First step here is definitely going to be a clean install of iCUE. Please see the following link for detailed instructions:

but Actually nothing from those steps fixed the issue. I fixed it by downloading the ICUE software to another device and paired the dongle and the mouse successfully. then everything worked just fine.
