Corsair VOID Wireless Charging problem

Okay, so it all started when I tried to turn on the headset in the morning, and then the headset made the power sound. For some weird reason the third musical note that the headset makes when you turn it on, went on for a few more seconds than it usually should. My initial though was maybe the headset was low on battery, however it was not charging even after trying different ports, USB cables, or even plugging it into the PC itself.

 

Not sure what to do at this point.

Many similar issues on our Void Pro headset can be solved by doing a simple Soft-Reset. This will disconnect the battery from the void, and then reconnect it. All you would need to do is:

1.Make sure your void is unplugged and off.

2.Hold the Mute button on the void headset down for about 15 seconds

3.After holding the Mute button, hold the Power button until the Void turns on.

 

Then try testing the headset.
