Shane1911
Does the K70 have the ability to wake the system from sleep? I have checked the option in Device Manager and I have also disabled hibernation as recommended things to try and neither of these work. I have been using a Bluetooth keyboard, but chose to try this one to see if it can wake the system as the Bluetooth keyboard does not give me the option mentioned above in device manager. Curious if anyone has any other ideas?
Corsair Employees Corsair Blade Posted April 12, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 12, 2021 Hi Shane, Make sure you have the BIOS option (exact name will vary by manufacturer) for USB Wake from Sleep enabled -- that might be all it takes here. Same with the Bluetooth actually -- these both could be BIOS / UEFI settings on your motherboard. If no luck there, please open a ticket with support using the link at the top of the page, and they will assist you further with resolving this. Shane1911
I got it figured out. I had to disable Windows from putting the USB slots to sleep to save power in device manager. Bios option was already enabled. Just a combination of everything above to get it working. Thanks though!
