kingkreuler
Just picked up a HS60 Pro Surround after using my Void Pro for 4+ years. I loved them and never experienced this issue with them. The issue: Audio keeping fluctuating when there's some sort of voice chat. For instance, I usually run Pandora + Twitch. I've noticed since using my HS60's that when a streamer talks, my music, or even theirs, will dampen. As soon as the dialog ends, the music reverts to the normal volume. I'd say the music volume reduces about 5-10%. It doesn't happen with the jack, and only with the 7.1 dongle. This even occurs with in-game voice dialog. It's incredibly distracting and frustrating. I've turned surround/audio repositioning off and on, I've reinstalled drivers, and tried the default EQ's. Nothing has fixed the issue. Ideally, I'd like to use the 7.1 dongle so I can use my EQ profile that I used with my Void Pro. What am I missing? Corsair Employees Corsair Elito Posted April 12, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 12, 2021 Hi, How do you have it connected? Does this issue happen when iCUE is not running? It sounds like audio repositioning, try a repair of iCUE and see if that resolves the issue. Attempt to repair the iCUE software. Control Panel Programs and Features Right Click the iCUE software Select Repair Restart computer If not reach out to our support team Contact Support @ https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us
