jrors93
I have read through many threads on how to fix this issue, yet nothing seems to fix the issue I am having. It will not show my H100i in iCue, and the RGBs are constantly in Rainbow mode. I have a, MSI MPG Z490 GAMING PLUS mother board. Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB. 2, LS100 450mm strips. And the Corsair Obsidian Series 500D RGB SE Mid Tower Case. Everything shows up in iCue, but again, not the H100i. Any solutions for this issue? Because all the other RGB lights work perfect. Thanks in advance.
LeDoyen
Are you using iCUE 4? If you are, would your H100i be one of these ? https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=205023

LeDoyen
Ah then, while waiting for people to pitch in, maybe you'll want to have a look at this other thread https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=199969 It seems the definitive solution is being worked on, but reporting your case may help too. That's all i could find, good luck ^^

Corsair Employees Corsair Travis Posted April 14, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 14, 2021 I am sorry to hear that. Can you please try another USB header on your motherboard if you have one? Also, check that the USB is fully inserted into your pump? If that does not resolve the issue please create a ticket with our support team and we can get you the firmware and steps to manually flash the unit. This may resolve the issue.
