iCUE H150I PRO RGB XT - RGB doesn't work

Hello,

 

I've already found few threads which discuss all the same issue: RGB doesn't work on pump-unit. Same here. All works fine without the RGB.

 

Specs:

Mainboard: Asus ROG z490-E

AIO: iCUE H150i PRO RGB XT

PSU: Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W

 

Issue

Pump is correctly detected in iCUE and I can setup a RGB-Layout, but the pump-RGB doesn't work at all.

What I've done so far:

 

• Changed onboard USB Slot
  
• Used different SATA-Strings and different Positions
  
• Checked iCUE
  
• Installed Armoury Crate
  
• Deinstalled iCUE
  
• Unplugged all cable and replugged them
  

 

Would be nice if someone can help me fixing this! Thanks!

Hey there. Sorry to hear that. The Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W does not have 5pin SATA. It uses a 4pin SATA connector that doesn't supply the voltage needed for the pump LEDs to light up.
