Ticket closed and "Solved" with no response?

I created an RMA ticket (#2004037337) a little less than 2 months ago, the last ticket activity was 25 days ago and I am listed as "Solved" but I did not receive any response or email and if I try to check the RMA status on https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044691511-What-s-the-status-of-my-Web-Store-or-RMA-order- it shows no results found. So I don't know if my RMA is still being processed or there is a break in communication.
