Corona Posted March 31, 2021 Share Posted March 31, 2021 Das Forum scheint der effektivste Weg zu sein, um den Status der RMA-Anfrage zu ergründen ... Ich habe letzte Woche ein Support-Ticket 2004168982 initiiert und warte seither auf Antwort. Wann erhält man eine Antwort in Coronazeiten? Zum Hintergrund: Frisch angeliefert war das Gehäuse äußerlich in Ordnung nur klapperte im Inneren etwas herum, was sich als untere Plastehalterung der Gehäusefront herausstellte... an sich wäre das kein Problem, wenn die Abdeckung nur nicht gleichzeitig als Standfuß fungieren würde.
