kevinw
To whom it may concern, I purchased a pair of 1 GByte TwinX*™ Matched Memory Pair about a year ago. About two/three weeks ago my pc started to crash. I enventually found that it was the ram by using a ram tester program. I would like to return this ram as it comes with a lifetime guarantee. How do I progress? Kind regards Kevin Waters

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 10, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 10, 2005 Please load setup/optimized defaults and then set the Dim Over Voltage Control to +.2 Volts and test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and if you do find one failing we will be happy to replace them both, but if you get errors with both modules I woudl suggest testing them in another system if you can to be sure it's not some other problem. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
