Corsair Void pro rgb wireless icue issue

Hi guys,my headset no longer shows in Icue software,since i updated Icue.But in the patch notes it says that it is supported?

Can anuone help me out?

What version of iCUE do you have installed? Also on your headset if you fully extend the headband there is a sticker on it. What is the alphanumeric string after the P/N. For example it will look something like CA-9011210.

It's probably the new windows update. Request a new dongle through Corsair support. Alot of USB headsets are not working due to some work Conexant USB audio. Most common issue is iCue not detecting it and your mic not working.

I contacted Corsair and they immediately are sending me a new dongle. Considering this happened in the past week, that's probably the issue you're experiencing, or atleast some form of it.
