Robbie_Jardine
So I have just install v4 and while i'm impressed with the new UI, I have encountered some show stoppers. 1. After installation iCue refused to launch and takes a few attempts before opening and then repeatedly crashes. 2. Due to the crash I am unable to use my K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard, restarting the Corsair service and rebooting make no difference 3. After investigating the issue I have found the problem is caused by CueMSIPlugin.dll 4. Corsair Employees Corsair Nick Posted March 16, 2021 Author Corsair Employees Share Posted March 16, 2021 My VOID PRO RGB Wireless SE headphones are not detected in new iCue 4? Does the headset still playback audio even though it's not detected? When the dongle is plugged in, is the LED blinking on it or is it solid? Tried reinstalling, restarting iCue service, nothing helps. Edit: Windows detects them as Corsair Void Wireless and not as Corsair Void Pro Rgb Wireless SE. Could that be maybe start of the issue? Lovan
I'm having crashing issues with imported profiles using an RTX 3080 FE. Whenever I import a profile, whether from Corsair's own library (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue-library) or from Alex Krastrev (https://alex.krastev.org/profiles), if I click on the Lighting Effects 2 section of my RTX 3080 FE, iCUE crashes every time. Lighting Effects 1 works just fine. Lighting Effects 2 works just fine if I make a new profile. But it crashes in imported profiles.
Corsair Employees Corsair Notepad Posted March 16, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 16, 2021 ca-9011150-na Nope your headset should work with iCUE 4 without an issue. Try repairing the installation and see if that resolves the issue.
