So I have just install v4 and while i'm impressed with the new UI, I have encountered some show stoppers.

1. After installation iCue refused to launch and takes a few attempts before opening and then repeatedly crashes.

2. Due to the crash I am unable to use my K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard, restarting the Corsair service and rebooting make no difference

3. After investigating the issue I have found the problem is caused by CueMSIPlugin.dll

4. In process of reinstalling iCue to see if issues can be replicated again

Did either of you two attempt to enable the Philips Hue integration?

My VOID PRO RGB Wireless SE headphones are not detected in new iCue 4?

Does the headset still playback audio even though it's not detected? When the dongle is plugged in, is the LED blinking on it or is it solid? Any additional information you can provide will be helpful.

It works just fine. Its just not detected in iCue. Tried reinstalling, restarting iCue service, nothing helps.

Edit: Windows detects them as Corsair Void Wireless and not as Corsair Void Pro Rgb Wireless SE. Could that be maybe start of the issue?

Look on the inside of the headband of the headset with it fully extended and look for the P/N number. Its going to look something like CA-901210. What is that number on your headset?

I'm having crashing issues with imported profiles using an RTX 3080 FE. Whenever I import a profile, whether from Corsair's own library (https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue-library) or from Alex Krastrev (https://alex.krastev.org/profiles), if I click on the Lighting Effects 2 section of my RTX 3080 FE, iCUE crashes every time. Lighting Effects 1 works just fine. Lighting Effects 2 works just fine if I make a new profile. But it crashes in imported profiles.

Those profiles are not updated and compatible with the latest iCUE 4 software.

Can confirm, completely uninstalling all of my old icue settings and profiles, and then installing icue 4 works.
