Squatting_Tiger
Second one i've got and second one that has had it's wireless receiver stop working after doing the update. Works fine in bluetooth mode but it won't pair with the wireless receiver anymore. I read somewhere to repair it in iCue but iCue doesnt detect the device anymore. I can always go back to the store to return (AGAIN) but this is quite disappointing. Anything I've missed I should try?

Close down all third party software and plug the USB for the mouse and the wireless receiver directly into USB ports on the physical computer itself. If this is a desktop computer make sure to plug it directly into the USB ports on the back of the motherboard and not the front panel IO. Utililzing things like hubs/switches can cause firmware update.
