nmnvzr
This may be completely normal and expected but I noticed that the Corsair.Service.exe is constantly creating and deleting threads in the background. If there is some kind of reasonable explanation as to why this may be the case, I could understand. It also appears to be calling CoInitialize/CoUninitalize for each thread incurring the cost of registry queries. It is easy to reproduce by watching Corsair.Service.exe in Process Monitor. nmnvzr
I have also noticed that while iCUE.exe is running, it will query file system information for each app: * Each time a new application receives focus * Whenever clicking on the start menu icon (may be a new app)? Perhaps iCUE.exe can cache information about apps so it doesn't have to keep querying it. But I can't help but think that all these hooks could cause performance issues. Even when closing the iCUE application it still runs in the background. Edited March 14, 2021 by nmnvzr

Monstieur
Corsair.Service.exe keeps querying the registry and opening files every second. The memory usage also bloats from 20 MiB to 1450 MiB in a few hours. I've attached a log file from Procmon.
