AX850 AX1000 vendues sans la pochette noir

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté une AX850 et une AX1000. Après avoir vu pas mal de unboxing montrant l'alimentation emballée dans une pochette noire, c'est d'ailleurs la même pochette que j'avais eu avec ma HX850W il y a quelques années, je pensais donc que j'allais recevoir mes alimentations dans ces pochettes mais les deux étaient emballées dans un vulgaire plastique :( Pas terrible pour du haut de gamme !

Où puis-je réclamer de cette situation pour essayer de les obtenir ? Merci

They haven't come with the bags in a couple of years.

The cloth bag was discontinued because they found that over time, in moist environments, mold would appear.

I live near the sea with almost 80% humidity at home. When I bought my HX850W many years ago it came with a pouch of this style that I use for storing cables and it is in great condition despite all these years and ambient (I added a today photo). In addition, the unboxing I'm talking about are the AX850 Titanium so they are not that old and concern the power supply that I bought thinking I had the same bundle. For me, these are the kinds of details that make the difference between a high end product and a very high end product.
