RMA delivery not being accepted

I've gone through the regular support process and created an RMA (2004045322). I sent my package to the provided address with a tracking number. The only issue is the location I am sending to (Fremont) is refusing to accept the package.


USPS says they were unable to deliver the package because no secure location was provided. They supposedly left instructions for Corsair RMA at that location to reschedule a delivery time, however they aren't doing so. I updated my support ticket with the info, but all they responded was with a generic "thanks for the update". No indication on action on their part.


What am I supposed to do when the location refuses to accept a delivery? Is the location closed because of COVID or something?
